Climbs right in

 There was a girl named Cassidy who always ad bad dreams. She saw things all the time that nobody else could see and she would be scared to death or them. It started when she was eight. Her and her mom were out shopping in an outdoor mall. Cassidy had gotten some ice cream and the stores didn't allow food inside so Cassidy's mom told her to wait outside. Her mom went inside and payed for a few things. But before she could leave, she heard Cassidy scream. Her mom dropped everything and ran outside. Cassidy was fine, right where her mother had left her, but she kept saying, "There's something in my eye, it got in my eye!" Her mother thought it was just a small fit. She told Cassidy to tell her why she had screamed.
" I saw a man," Cassidy started, "And he was wearing a suit and he was tall. But he had a weird head. His skin was lighter ad his eyes were red. His blood vessels were visible on his face, bright red. I blinked and he was in front of me. And suddenly it like I could half see him half not, like how the sun burns an image into your mind. But with this thing. Also it had squid tentacles for arms, two on each side. I screamed. " he mother took her home. The next few years went by with her seeing things and having terrible dreams. One day, she said her eyes hurt really badly before she went to bed. The next morning, the day of her thirteenth birthday, she didn't get up. Her parents expected she was sleeping late, and they waited. By noon, thy got worried and decided to check on her. They knocked on her door. No response. They went in. She was lying on her bed. Her eyes were gone, leaving bloody eye sockets. A hastily scribbled note was clutched in her hand reading, "IT GOT IN MY EYES". The parents turned around and saw the creature that Cassidy had described, five years ago, ready to feed again.
